Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound Italian sausage, casing removed
1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
1 cup marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and Italian sausage until browned. Drain excess grease.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked meat, marinara sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bacon bits, green bell pepper, onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
In a 9×13-inch baking dish, arrange a layer of frozen tater tots at the bottom.
Spread the meat mixture evenly over the tater tots.
Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
